Troubleshooting the Routing SCADA agent


Purpose


This article will provide information about how to troubleshoot the Routing SCADA agent. 


Information

If you don't get internet access with the Routing SCADA agent it could be related to the GateManager Web Proxy Relay service in the SiteManager. Disabling it in the SiteManager could solve the issue.

Steps
Go to GateManager (1) - Web Proxy (2) in the SiteManager GUI. Change Web Proxy Relay to Disabled (3).
